- Estimated completion and handover dates are indicative and subject to change due to construction progress, regulatory approvals, force majeure events, or other factors beyond the Developer’s reasonable control
- Pricing and payment plans referenced on this Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. The terms of your Sale and Purchase Agreement shall prevail
