The Chedi Private Residences Sheikh Zayed Road is developed by Al Seeb Real Estate Development L.L.C (“the Developer”). The project is neither owned, developed, nor sold by Chedi Hotel Management FZE or any of its affiliates (collectively, “Chedi Hospitality”).

The Developer uses “The Chedi” name and associated marks under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license granted by Chedi Hospitality. “The Chedi” and any variations thereof are registered trademarks of Chedi Hospitality. This license may be terminated or revoked in accordance with its terms, upon which the project would no longer be entitled to use “The Chedi” brand or trademarks.

Chedi Hospitality makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees with respect to the residential units, the project, or any related services. Chedi Hospitality is not responsible for the Developer’s marketing practices, including the content of this website, any advertising, or any sales representations made in connection with the project.
