The Chedi Private Residences represents the culmination of the Al Safeer Group’s four-decade journey — a landmark development that brings together the family’s hospitality expertise, real estate acumen, and passion for exceptional quality.

Developed in partnership with GHM Hotels, the global custodians of The Chedi brand, and designed by the award-winning Studio Bruno Guelaff, the project rises 53 floors above Sheikh Zayed Road as a collection of 117 sky villas, duplexes, and triplex mansions.
