Design Philosophy

Studio Bruno Guelaff

The Chedi Private Residences is the creation of Studio Bruno Guelaff, the award-winning Dubai-based design firm whose portfolio spans luxury hospitality and residential projects across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

The design language draws from The Chedi's heritage of understated luxury — where every material, proportion, and spatial relationship has been considered to create an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The partnership between Al Seeb Real Estate, GHM Hotels, and Studio Bruno Guelaff ensures a coherent vision from tower silhouette to interior finish.

Materials & Finishes

Travertine, Timber, and Light

Natural travertine floors and wall finishes create a warm, tactile foundation throughout every residence. Italian Pedini kitchens are specified as standard, complemented by Gessi bathroom fixtures — the same brands found in the world's finest hotels.

Floor-to-ceiling windows maximise natural light and frame the city, sea, and desert beyond. The material palette is deliberately restrained — allowing the quality of each element to speak for itself without competing for attention.

Ceiling Heights

3.2 Metres of Space to Breathe

Every residence is designed with a minimum ceiling height of 3.2 metres — significantly above the standard for residential towers in Dubai. This generous proportion transforms the experience of every room, creating a sense of volume and openness that cannot be replicated. In the Signature Duplex, double-height living rooms reach over 6 metres, establishing a scale that is truly extraordinary.

Sky Gardens

5-Metre Private Terraces in the Sky

Each residence features a 5-metre-deep sky garden terrace — a private outdoor room that extends the living space into the open air. Designed with landscaping provisions and weather-protected seating areas, the sky gardens blur the boundary between interior comfort and the panoramic views of Sheikh Zayed Road and the Arabian Gulf beyond.
